Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized processes to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response development and operational support, ensuring that solutions are well-structured and effectively meet organizational requirements. Collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders are integral to successfully advancing solution initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions that support business needs.
- Experience in optimizing data workflows and managing large datasets within Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data processing and integration tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
