Legal Officer
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate retail lease deeds, vendor supply contracts, procurement terms, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Handle consumer forum complaints, civil suits, and recovery or debt-related legal challenges. Manage relationships with outside advocates and track case progress.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure store operations, e-commerce policies, and marketing campaigns comply with local consumer protection laws, labor statutes, and trade regulations.
- Risk Mitigation: Advise internal business teams on legal exposure regarding product liability, customer data privacy, and commercial property issues.
