Job Description

Company: Suresh Masale Location: Bhilai Position: Salesman / Field Sales Executive

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit retail shops and distributors in the assigned area.
  • Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
  • Requirements:1–2 years of FMCG field sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Bhilai and nearby areas.
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting.

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives (as per experience)
