Job Description


- Manage and monitor daily pickup operations.

- Coordinate with pickup boys, drivers, customers, and the warehouse team.

- Allocate pickup tasks and ensure timely completion.

- Track pickup status and follow up on pending or delayed pickups.

- Ensure proper scanning, shipment handling, and documentation.

- Monitor pickup performance and resolve operational issues.

- Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.

- Coordinate with the warehouse for shipment handover and processing.

- Handle customer/vendor queries related to pickup operations.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, TAT, and operational guidelines.

- Monitor attendance and productivity of pickup staff.

- Escalate major operational issues to the reporting manager.

- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly operational targets.
