## Job Overview

Premier Logistics and Warehousing LLP is looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee daily operations at our Mankoli (Bhiwandi) facility. The ideal candidate will manage inventory flow, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate data records using ERP systems and MS Excel.

## Key Responsibilities

* Inward & Outward Management: Oversee the safe receipt, unloading, sorting, and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing goods.

* Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain real-time inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records.

* Delivery Coordination: Plan, organize, and track daily dispatches and deliveries to ensure timely distribution.

* Data & System Management: Log all warehouse transactions daily into the ERP software and maintain detailed tracking sheets in MS Excel.

* Documentation: Handle delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and loading/unloading logs.

## Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.

* Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and hands-on experience working with ERP software.

* Skills: Good organizational capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Location: Must be comfortable working at the Mankoli, Bhiwandi location.
