Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Raw Material Store Manager to manage inventory and material movement for our wrist watch assembly operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage receipt, storage, binning and issuance of watch components and raw materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, material issue and inventory reconciliation.
• Handle components such as movements, cases, dials, hands, crowns, straps, batteries, buckles, glass and small parts.
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess/dead stock and ensure timely material availability for production.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts teams.
• Prepare inventory/MIS reports and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Maintain store discipline, housekeeping and systematic inventory control.
• Requirements3–6 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy.
• Experience handling high-SKU, small and precision components will be preferred.
