About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Business/Data Analyst to support our efforts in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to investors, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and private equity (PE) activity. This is a short-term engagement with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and collect structured data on investors, M&A, and PE transactions from public sources.
• Analyze deal structures, investor profiles, and financial metrics.
• Organize data efficiently for reporting and further processing by other teams.
• Work closely with product and strategy teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency in documentation.

Requirements:

• bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong research and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with investment terminology, financial statements, and deal structuring.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with databases or data tools is a plus.
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote setting.
