Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory activities. The candidate will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining stock records, issuing materials to different departments, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials and verify quantity and condition.
• Check materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other store documents.
• Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP.
• Issue materials to technicians, service teams, and other departments as per requirement.
• Maintain proper records of material inward and outward.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the manager about shortages.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and Technical teams.
• Track damaged, returned, and excess materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for material transfers and returns.
• Ensure FIFO method is followed wherever applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and secure.

• Required SkillsGood knowledge of store and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of GRN, PO, Invoice, Stock Transfer, and Material Issue.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics.
• Experience with electronic/security products will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileHonest and responsible.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good knowledge of inventory handling.
• Comfortable working with Excel and computer systems.
• Able to coordinate with technicians and different departments.
• Willing to perform physical stock checking when required.
