Social Media & Creative Marketing ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive who will take complete responsibility for managing our social media presence and creating high-quality marketing content for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to think creatively, create content, design graphics, shoot/edit reels, write engaging captions and actively manage all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Manage all company/project social media accounts.
• Regularly post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure the accounts remain active.
• Plan monthly/weekly content calendars.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience responses.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles.

2. Content Creation

• Create original and engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other social media content.
• Develop new content ideas for our real estate projects.
• Create project-focused content showcasing:

• Properties
• Amenities
• Construction progress
• Project features
• Location advantages
• Lifestyle
• Offers and campaigns
• Company achievements
• Customer testimonials
• Take initiative to identify opportunities for new content instead of waiting for instructions.

3. Graphic Design & Marketing Material

• Design creative graphics for all projects and campaigns.
• Create social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, invitations, standees, hoardings and other marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all projects.
• Coordinate designs according to different print sizes and specifications.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand campaign requirements.

4. Photo & Video Editing

• Edit photographs for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Edit short-form videos and reels.
• Add music, transitions, text, subtitles, animations and other elements where required.
• Produce professional-looking property/project videos suitable for digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of shooting photographs and videos is preferred.

5. Content Writing

• Write engaging captions, headlines and promotional copy.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts for reels/videos.
• Write project descriptions and marketing content.
• Understand how to communicate the USP and lifestyle value of a real estate project in a simple and compelling manner.
• Ability to write in English and Hindi will be an advantage.

Skills RequiredThe candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
• Strong graphic design skills
• Good photo and video editing skills
• Good content-writing and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of Canva and professional design tools
• Knowledge of video-editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Creative thinking and strong visual sense
• Good photography/videography skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Preferred QualificationDegree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Portfolio of previous work is strongly preferred.

The Person We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for someone who only knows how to upload posts.

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire creative process:

Idea → Content Planning → Design → Shoot → Editing → Caption → Posting → Engagement → Performance Analysis

The person should be creative, active, self-motivated and willing to experiment with new ideas and trends.

Experience1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with an exceptionally strong portfolio and the required skills may also be considered.
