Job Description – Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain day-to-day accounting records accurately.

2.Record purchase bills, bank entries, and other expense entries in Tally.

3.Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

4.Handle cash and bank transactions.

5.Assist in GST-related work such as basic return preparation and data verification.

6.Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

7.Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.

8.Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related information.

9. Ensure accurate bookkeeping in accounting software (Tally).

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
