Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential B2B clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements for solar components and accessories.
- Explain products, pricing, specifications, and suitable solutions to clients.
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical queries, and order processing.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business customers.
- Good at building relationships over calls and online meetings.
- Persistent with follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Quick to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Fluent in Malayalam/Odia/Assamese [any 1].
- Interested in building a career in B2B sales and the solar industry.
