Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and disciplined Peon & Sweeper to support daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the premises. The candidate should be punctual, cooperative, and willing to perform general office support duties.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support DutiesServe tea, water, and refreshments to officers, staff, and visitors as required.
- Maintain proper arrangement of files and office materials.
- Assist staff with routine administrative and support activities.
- Handle outdoor errands such as depositing documents or collecting materials when required.
- Ensure office supplies are properly arranged and available.
- Cleaning & Sweeping DutiesClean and sweep office rooms, corridors, entrances, and common areas.
- Clean and maintain washrooms and other designated areas.
- Dust furniture, doors, windows, and office equipment as required.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of the premises.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain a hygienic and pleasant working environment.
