As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that the applications developed align seamlessly with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software solutions that support business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple software systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
