Barista Coffee Maker- Brew Master-Customer Service Associate (CSA)

We need (Brew Master- Barista Coffee) for a Cafe(Curlees Cafe) located in Symphony Mall, Rudrapur, Balianta, Bhubaneswar.

Experience- 1 year or more in CCD,Starbucks, QSR chain preferred.

☕ Core Responsibilities

1. Beverage & Food Preparation

• Craft Handcrafted Drinks: Prepare espresso, specialized coffees, frappes, teas, and seasonal drinks following strict company recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate Commercial Equipment: Safely operate, adjust, and clean espresso machines, coffee grinders, milk frothers, and blenders.
• Manage Food Inventory: Warm and serve bakery, pastry, and sandwich items while maintaining safe food temperatures.

2. Customer Service & Hospitality

• Guest Engagement: Welcome every guest, understand their flavor preferences, and guide them through customization options (e.g., milk alternatives, syrup adjustments).
• Up-selling & Suggestions: Recommend menu pairings, introduce new promotional launches.
• Conflict Resolution: Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during peak rush hours to quickly handle order issues or customer complaints.

3. Store Operations & Maintenance

• Point-of-Sale (POS): Handle cash and digital payment registers accurately while adhering to strict internal financial procedures.
• Hygiene & Safety: Clean countertops, seating areas, utensils, floors etc continuously to follow food sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Restock paper cups, beans, syrups, dairy and other perishable un-cooked-pre/cooked food items while tracking expired or damaged products.
