Key Responsibilities

 * Direct Sourcing: Identify and connect with potential customers in the direct market.

 * Client Visits: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings to pitch and close insurance products (Motor, Health, and Life).

 * Relationship Building: Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy issuance.

Requirements

 * Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a hunger for sales are welcome!).

 * Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

 * Skills: Strong communication, persistence, and a "field-first" mindset.
