Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Site Feasibility & Layout: Conduct rooftop site surveys, load assessments, and prepare basic Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for DISCOM approval.
System Installation: Assemble module structures, mount solar PV panels, wire inverters, charge controllers, ACDB/DCDB boxes, and set up earthing systems.
Testing & Commissioning: Measure V_{oc}, I_{sc}, and insulation resistance; calibrate inverters; troubleshoot electronic board faults and grid synchronization issues.
Portal & Metering Support: Coordinate joint meter inspections with DISCOM officers and collect installation completion certificates and photos for PM Surya Ghar portal submission.
Maintenance & Support: Handle scheduled plant servicing, module cleaning, thermal hot-spot inspections, and AMC service calls.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or ITI (Electrician/Wireman).
Experience: 1–3 years in solar PV installation, electronic troubleshooting, or electrical maintenance.
Key Skills: Reading electrical schematics, multimeter/clamp meter diagnostics, inverter configuration, and height safety protocols.
