Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage open requisitions from intake calls through job posting, phone screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, and Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive candidates for competitive roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define key competencies, draft job descriptions, and establish structured interview scorecards.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain responsive, professional communication with all applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate experience regardless of the outcome.
- Data & ATS Management: Maintain strict data accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking essential metrics including time-to-fill, source quality, and conversion rates.
