Role Overview

The Video Editor shall be responsible for editing, assembling, and enhancing video content produced by the Company for weddings, events, marketing campaigns, and brand projects. The role requires strong technical proficiency, creativity, discipline, and adherence to production timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production

The Employee shall edit raw footage into high-quality final videos, including cinematic wedding films, event highlight videos, promotional content, and social media videos.

• Footage Organization & Management

The Employee shall manage and organize raw footage, audio files, project files, and final outputs in a structured and secure manner to ensure efficient workflow and data safety.

• Color Correction & Visual Enhancement

The Employee shall perform color correction, color grading, stabilization, transitions, and other visual enhancements to improve the overall quality and visual consistency of the video.

• Audio Editing & Synchronization

The Employee shall synchronize audio tracks, remove unwanted noise, balance sound levels, and integrate background music, voiceovers, and sound effects where required.

• Creative Storytelling

The Employee shall creatively assemble video sequences to produce engaging storytelling that aligns with the Company’s brand style and client expectations.

• Software & Technical Proficiency

The Employee shall be proficient in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant tools used by the Company.

• Coordination with Production

Team The Employee shall work closely with photographers, cinematographers, content teams, and managers to ensure the final output meets project requirements.

• Meeting Deadlines

The Employee shall adhere strictly to editing timelines and delivery schedules as assigned by the Company.

• Revision & Client Feedback Implementation

The Employee shall implement feedback and revisions efficiently to achieve final deliverables that meet company quality standards.

• Data Protection & Confidentiality

The Employee shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client footage, company data, and production materials.
