The candidate first works as a freelancer, and after achieving defined targets, becomes eligible for On-Roll Business Development Manager (BDM) position with HDFC Life.

Key Highlights:

• Start as Financial Consultant (Freelancer)

• Practical training + field business exposure

• Business generation through customers

• Clear pathway to On-Roll BDM role

Target for On-Roll BDM:

• Total Business required : ₹4 Lakh+

• PRL: 4

• Successful PRL Codes: 2

• (Out of which 1 PRL must achieve ₹2 Lakh business)

On successful completion of the above, the candidate transitions immediately to On-Roll BDM with HDFC Life.
