Manager- K block paintshop
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible for ensuring manpower training, skilll enhancement and allocation of work to associates as per their skills to produce first time right and every time right products.
- Responsible for Paint shop Process Monitoring through statistical methods and Proactive actions
- Responsible for achivement as per MOP/KRI interms of P,Q,C,D,S & M
- Responsible for achieving daily production efficiency/target interms of OLE, Productivity parameters
- Capable of Paint shop concern resolution using Advanced quality tools to deliver consistent results in First Time
- Customer centric approach to deliver best quality product to internal (TCF & CQA) and Final customer
- Implementation of TPM /SMT standards for Paint shopTo Participate and lead various CFT
- Capable of global benchmarking for process and product (PT-CED, Sealer, top coat & polishing)
- knowledge of Paint shop lab equipments and material standards
- Knowledge of SOP, SOS, kaizen, problem solving tools, DCPCost control, paint consumption monitoring, energy management & consumables
- Knowledge of Paint shop Fire and safety
- FOS consumption monitoring, optimization & standardization
