Job Summary


The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decision-making. This role focuses on generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to prepare MIS reports.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Coordinate with teams to gather information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support process automation and system improvements.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in data analysis or MIS reporting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP),Advance Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills.


Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
