Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Counseling: Explain visa options, eligibility criteria, and procedures for study, tourist, work, or permanent residency visas via calls, emails, or walk-ins.
  • Profile Assessment: Evaluate client qualifications, financial standing, and travel history to recommend viable visa pathways.
  • Documentation Management: Assist clients in organizing, reviewing, and filing application paperwork accurately.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Handle prospective inquiries, maintain regular communication, and achieve monthly conversion targets.
  • Policy Updates: Stay current with changing international immigration laws, embassy regulations, and government policies.
