Location: Manimajra, Chandigarh

Department: Warehouse / Logistics

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse inward, outward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock reconciliation, and ERP/WMS records.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper work allocation and productivity.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Production, Accounts, Transporters, and Vendors.
• Conduct physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, material handling, stacking, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, security, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in warehouse/stores/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
• Good team-handling, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day warehouse activities.
