👨‍🍳 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes, tea, coffee, and shakes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Follow proper food storage and handling practices.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
• Help maintain an organized and smooth-running kitchen.
• Contribute ideas for dishes and improvements as Khaliyaan grows.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience as a Cook in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar kitchen.
• Has good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Is hardworking, reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
• Can work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Takes pride in cleanliness and consistency.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Is excited to be part of a new restaurant from its very beginning.
