Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical/healthcare products, developing strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.

Promote and explain pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors and medical professionals.

Generate prescriptions and sales through effective product promotion.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.

Maintain daily records of doctor visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Follow company guidelines and maintain professional standards during field visits.

Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure product availability.

Submit regular sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and presentation abilities.

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare products and the medical market.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Candidates with experience in the relevant territory will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
