Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, promotions, or appointments.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and customer visits.
  • Maintain visitor registers and customer databases.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Respond to emails and other customer communications.
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
