Job Description

Owns the day-to-day running of the outlet — staffing, floor operations, and upkeep — so it runs to standard without founder involvement in routine matters. Handles hiring, staff supervision, repair & maintenance coordination, and local vendor bill recording (max 5 vendors, founder-approved). Enforces SOPs on the floor and reports daily on sales, staffing, and pending issues. Not responsible for recipes, menu, vendor selection, or direct-channel growth.
