Section Manager

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Section Incharge (Floor Manager) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned showroom section. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining display and stock discipline, and achieving departmental sales targets while ensuring smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and merchandising of jewellery products.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper handling and security of jewellery.
• Conduct daily team briefings and monitor sales performance.

Required Skills:-

• Mandatory experience in the jewellery retail industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of showroom operations and jewellery products.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
