Job Description – Visa Filing Executive
Position: Visa Filing Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle visa application forms and documentation.
- Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications accurately.
- Check documents according to visa requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and updates.
- Maintain proper records of applications and documents.
- Ensure timely completion of visa filing processes.
- Perform document editing, formatting, and data entry when required.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in visa filing/immigration documentation preferred.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
