About the Role

We are looking for a creative and research-driven Content Strategist & Social Media Writer who can craft engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video platforms. This is not a traditional content writing role. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, audience psychology, social media trends, and content strategy. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into compelling content that drives engagement, builds communities, and strengthens brand presence.

• Key Responsibilities: Research trends, audience interests, and content opportunities
• Develop content ideas and content pillars for social media platforms
• Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
• Create strong hooks, storytelling structures, and video narratives
• Collaborate with editors and the marketing team to develop content
• Analyze high-performing content and identify patterns that can be applied 
• Requirements: Excellent Tamil communication and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube
• Ability to write engaging video scripts and storytelling-driven content
• Passion for content creation, creator economy, digital media, and social media trends
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively and generate fresh content ideas
• Preferred Qualifications1+ Experience working with creators, personal brands, or social media accounts
• Understanding of video content and creator-focused content strategies
• Experience in script writing, content strategy, or social media management
