Digital Marketing Executive

Role Summary

This role starts with full ownership of Meta Ads, landing pages, and reporting. Google Ads, SEO, and organic social ownership will expand over the first 6–12 months as the candidate ramps up. RCA (Root Cause Analysis) is the initial consultation call where a prospect’s concerns are assessed before program enrollment.

Top Responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads end-to-end: campaign setup, audience/creative testing, daily optimisation, retargeting, scaling, budget discipline, and tracking.

• Generate at least 13 qualified leads per working day and 340 per month, targeting CPL of ₹100 or below without compromising lead quality.

• Build and optimise landing pages and funnels where practical; otherwise provide clear content, CRO, tracking, and implementation requirements to the developer.

• Create and test ad hooks, copy, Canva creatives, video briefs, and offers. All claims must follow Neuro Recode’s compliance guidelines, especially for mental-health-adjacent marketing.

• Use Frappe CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp API/FlexiFunnels and sales feedback to track lead quality, funnel movement, RCA booking, CAC, ROAS, and downstream results.

• Expand into Google Ads, SEO, and broader organic social ownership over the first 6–12 months as core Meta Ads and reporting performance stabilises.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing / Meta Ads experience with direct campaign ownership.

• Any graduate degree accepted; demonstrated campaign results and portfolio carry more weight than academic specialisation.

• Portfolio/proof of managed ad spend, CPL, leads, campaign outcomes, landing pages/funnels, and creative testing. Sensitive client data may be masked.

• Tamil is mandatory; good English required for copy, reporting, research, and coordination.

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Canva, Google Sheets, Frappe CRM, WhatsApp API, FlexiFunnels, analytics/tracking; Google Ads/SEO exposure is preferred.

Compensation & Employment Terms

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month based on experience; role scope review at 6 months as ownership expands into Google Ads/SEO.

• Probation: 3 months; confirmation based on KPI/KRA performance review.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM inclusive of a 1-hour rest/meal interval; Sunday weekly off. Approved overtime, if any, will be handled as per applicable law and company policy.

• PF/ESI, leave and notice period: as per statutory applicability and company policy; final terms will be stated in the offer/appointment documentation.
