Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable apartment projects.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
  • Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
  • Build good relationships with customers and handle their queries professionally.
  • Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
  • Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer details, follow-up status, and sales records.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and project teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Lead generation and follow-up
  • Customer relationship management
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is an advantage
  • Real estate or property sales experience is preferred
