Job Description

Both Inside sales & Service coordinator opening available.

Sales & Reservations

  • Answer phones and book reservations based on system availability.
  • Upsell tickets by recommending premium seating or VIP options.
  • Process online reservations and update system records.
  • Follow prescribed sales scripts while adapting presentations based on success/failure ratios.
  • Capture customer information for future follow-ups.
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Retain and grow existing business through proactive engagement.

Client Service & Support

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration of services.
  • Advocate for timely, cost-effective service delivery.
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
  • Assist clients in living independently by scheduling appointments, answering calls, and tracking service records.
  • Monitor ongoing services and stay updated on new or discontinued offerings.
  • Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with service engineers to plan and resolve customer issues.
  • Share service quotes based on incident updates from engineers.
