Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations.
• Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Handle store staff, attendance, shifts and team performance.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, expiry, damages and shrinkage.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper product display.
• Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store expenses, margins and overall profitability.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.
• Ensure company SOPs, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
• Train, motivate and improve the performance of the store team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Graduate preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant retail experience.
• Exposure in FMCG Retail / Supermarket / Hypermarket / Textile Retail is mandatory.
• Strong experience in sales, inventory and team handling.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing software.
• Target-oriented and strong in problem-solving.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Background: FMCG Retail | Supermarket | Hypermarket | Textile Retail.
