Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

Aloera is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and sales for our Ayurvedic skincare and haircare products.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and the confidence to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain Aloera’s Ayurvedic cosmetic products to customers.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and resolve issues.
• Provide customers with accurate order status and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with the logistics/order team when required.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize conversions.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales conversion and closing ability.
• Experience in tele sales, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, FMCG or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.

Salary & Incentives:

💰 ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
