Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end accounting operations of the store
  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and day-to-day entries
  • Manage sales, purchase, and expense accounting
  • Handle GST compliance – filing GSTR 1, 3B, reconciliation, etc.
  • Manage inventory accounting (laptops, accessories, stock valuation)
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash, and POS transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and statutory compliance
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Monitor profit margins, pricing, and cost control
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail accounting (electronics preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software
  • Good knowledge of inventory & stock management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle overall accounts
