Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of the overall solution, which may include deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing capabilities. Collaboration with various teams to align development efforts and ensure seamless deployment is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-powered products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI model integration and deployment processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and maintain production-quality AI pipelines ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
