🚨 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Distribution Center (DC) | Chennai, Kuthambakkam🚨
Bigbasket, a Tata Enterprise, is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager – Distribution Center (DC) to join our Operations team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end DC operations – inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
✅ Ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency.
✅ Drive SOP adherence, safety standards, and process improvements.
✅ Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Desired Profile:
🔹 5–8 years of experience in warehouse / DC operations.
🔹 Hands-on experience with WMS, SAP, or similar systems.
🔹 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
