As a BPO Telecaller in the real estate sector, the candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls with domestic customers, explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities, generate customer interest, follow up with leads, and schedule site visits. The role also involves maintaining customer details, regular follow-ups, and achieving daily calling and lead-conversion. Candidates should have good communication skills in Tamil and basic English, along with customer-handling, follow-up, and basic computer skills.
