Business Development Executive (BDE)

Develop new business opportunities and generate sales in the Chennai market.

Visit customer sites, understand project requirements, and identify suitable product solutions.

Take accurate site measurements and collect complete project details.

Present product samples, explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Coordinate with the Hyderabad Head Office for quotations, designs, technical requirements, and project execution.

Follow up regularly with enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers and convert them into confirmed orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.

Meet a minimum of 2 architects/interior designers every working day to develop new business opportunities.

Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships and professional follow-up.

Coordinate with the management, design, production, installation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate and regular updates in the CRM regarding leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and sales status.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular market feedback regarding customer requirements, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
