Car Driver

• Safely pick up and drop the Managing Director from Adyar residence to MEPZ, Tambaram, and vice versa.
• Drive the Managing Director for official meetings, business appointments, client visits, airport trips, and other official requirements.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
• Follow all traffic rules and drive safely and responsibly at all times.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
• Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate with the Management / HR / Administration team regarding travel schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Managing Director’s travel plans, meetings, and other official matters.
• Be flexible with working hours based on the Managing Director’s schedule.
• Handle emergency or last-minute travel requirements professionally.
• Report vehicle maintenance requirements and arrange servicing with prior approval.
• Maintain proper records of fuel, toll, parking, and other vehicle-related expenses where required.

Ensure the vehicle is always ready and available for official use.
