Salary: ₹15,000– ₹20,000 per month

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Monitor work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site teams.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.
• Take measurements of completed work and maintain site records.
• Assist in checking quantities of materials required for construction.
• Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers to resolve them.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure workers follow site safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update the senior engineer/manager.
• Assist in preparing estimates, measurements, and other site-related documentation.
• Coordinate with the design team when there are changes or issues in drawings.
• Regularly inspect the site and report progress, delays, or technical issues to the management.
