Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (Diesel Generator)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Department: Service & Customer Support

Location: Chennai


  • Support sales and service teams in customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.


  • QualificationAny Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Support.



  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of Diesel Generators (DG) is an added advantage.


Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
