As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails while providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. The role involves resolving customer concerns, guiding customers through the purchase process, maintaining positive customer relationships, updating customer information in the system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
