Job Description

We are looking for a customer support executive to handle customer enquiries.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and what's app.

2. Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up with them to obtain orders.

3. Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.

4. understand customer requirement and Provide appropriate support.

Requirements:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic Knowledge of MS word and MS Excel and email communication.

3. Good follow-up coordination skills
