Job Description

Tech Support Roles & Responsibilities:

Field Support.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Data Backup and Restore.

Basic printer installation and troubleshooting.

Remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
