Position : Electrical & Mechanical maintenance

Experience : 3 - 6years

Salary : 3.50L - 6.50L

Job location : Padi chennai


Common Maintenance Roles

  • Maintenance Technician: Fixes broken parts, runs routine checks on machines, and handles minor electrical or plumbing fixes.
  • Maintenance Engineer: Plans preventive care schedules, diagnoses complex equipment failures, and oversees machine performance.
  • Facility Executive: Manages building upkeep, coordinates vendor contracts, and ensures safety rule compliance.
  • Specialized Trades: Focuses on specific skills like carpentry, HVAC cooling systems, or industrial machinery fitting.
