Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote MOTO GUIDS, build relationships with two-wheeler spare parts shops, garages, mechanics, dealers, and other business customers, and generate new vendor/customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit automobile spare parts shops, garages, mechanics, dealers, and other potential customers.
• Promote MOTO GUIDS products, services, and marketplace platform.
• Identify and onboard new vendors and customers.
• Explain the benefits of selling and purchasing through MOTO GUIDS.
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers/vendors.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing vendors and customers.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, mechanics, retailers, and customers.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts/automobile industry is an advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic smartphone and application usage skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
