Field Recruiter

Mass Hiring & Sourcing: Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill 20–50+ roles per week, focusing on warehouse labor (Pickers/Packers/Loaders).

Community Outreach: Build "talent maps" in local neighborhoods. Distribute flyers, partner with local community centers, and host "On-the-Spot" hiring days.

Rapid Screening: Conduct quick, effective screenings to assess reliability, physical capability, and culture fit.

On-Site Coordination: Work directly with Warehouse Managers to understand shift needs (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) and ensure new hires show up for Day 1.

Documentation: Manage I-9 verifications, background check initiations, and drug screening coordination in the field.

Retention Feedback: Act as a bridge between the warehouse floor and HR to understand why people stay and why they leave.
