Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies and source suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities.
- Collect and maintain employee documents.
- Update daily attendance, leave, and permission records.
- Support monthly salary data preparation.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordination.
- Support HR events, meetings, and daily HR activities.
- Report important HR issues to the HR Manager.
